Never had a single problem across multiple roku devices.
The tv and stick are wireless and serve up 720 to 1080 content to 32 and 40 screens.
The roku streaming stick takes the 4k hdr performance of the premiere and puts it into a slightly different format.
It s likely the ultra s ethernet and usb ports will be what draw consumers to spend the extra 30 if anything but most people.

My stick has blown me away with its speed and reliability plus it s faster via wifi one story away from the source than my roku 3 is connected to the same source via ethernet.
I think the ultra is a hair faster but it s hardly noticeable on a daily basis.
On the other hand i most recently bought the stick because if you don t need the ultra s ports then 20 35 is an unnecessary amount to pay just for an ethernet connection that may or may not be any faster.
